Founder Natalie is a Mechanical Engineer that has over sixteen years of aerospace industry experience. While working in this industry, it has afforded her the opportunity of not only working with aircraft engines, a childhood dream; but gaining strong business practices and acumen. She has overtime developed a keen eye and appreciation of safety, attention to detail, voice of the customer, and strong project management. A killer combination of skill sets to possess, when complemented with her creativity. In addition to her love of aerospace, real estate has served as a parallel affair for Natalie. She has gained the respect of her peers in the real estate world during the decade that she has worked in the space.
